These group sessions will use yoga poses, breathing techniques, stories and games to help children to switch off and take a break from their busy lives.
By teaching and encouraging them to stretch and breath effectively we can equip them with skills to cope with stress, anxiety and find their own sense of calm wherever they are. These group sessions will benefit children physically and psychologically; building confidence and self esteem- and most importantly they will have FUN!
