Our Youth Mindfulness programme is available to children and young adults over a 6 week block (2 sessions per week).
Mindfulness is a way of training the mind to be present, being aware of what is going on in the world around us and doing so with an attitude of kindness, acceptance and without judgement.
This is a very specific programme delivered through Youth Mindfulness Resources by a fully qualified practitioner.
